Rapper Snoop Dogg feels like popular animated character Popeye when he smokes marijuana.
The 43-year-old hip hop star said the illegal substance is an "attribute" to his work, reported Femalefirst.
When asked whether smoking the drug is conducive to a productive career, he said, "The weed doesn't take away; it's an attribute, an accolade. It's like Popeye.
"You know Popeye the Sailor Man? He'd squeeze that can and pop that spinach and go into work mode. That's what this is," he said.
