Real Sociedad kept up their chase for the final Champions League place in Spain with a 2-1 win away at Sevilla.
Valencia's 1-0 win over Getafe earlier yesterday had edged them three points ahead of the Basques, but Philippe Montanier's side responded as Imanol Agirretxe struck the winner after Ivan Rakitic had scored at both ends early on.
Both sides therefore remain level on 62 points with two games remaining, however Sociedad stay in fourth thanks to their better head-to-head record.

Sociedad had taken just one point from six in their last two matches to surrender what had seemed like a healthy five-point lead when they beat Los Che three weeks ago and they were behind early on once more at the Sanchez Pizjuan.
A well-worked corner found Geoffrey Kondogbia and he laid the ball into the path of Rakitic to slot home from close range.
However, the lead only last six minutes as Rakitic also found the net at the wrong end as he diverted Xabi Prieto's free-kick into his own goal.
And nine minutes later Sociedad were in front as Agirretxe continued his fine scoring form with a neat volleyed finish from Carlos Martinez's cross.
Agirretxe forced Beto into an excellent flying save and Gary Medel had a low driven effort also beaten away by Claudio Bravo as the game continued to rage from end to end.
However, it was Sevilla who began the second period on the front foot as Alvaro Negredo saw two headed efforts fly just off target.
Cala then also hooked a shot over as the Sociedad goal lived a charmed life, but they managed to see out the final quarter without too many major scares to take a major step towards their first participation in the Champions League for 10 years.
