Former couple Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb were spotted hanging out together in Manhattan and were all smiles while strolling the streets in the Upper Eastside.
The pair was pictured spending some time together at Loeb's condo in New York, reported E!Online.
"They are definitely not getting back together," a source said.
The 41-year-old 'Modern Family' star and Loeb ended their relationship in May after getting engaged last year.
