Singer Solange has announced benefit concerts, whose proceeds from will be donated towards the Hurricane Harvey relief work.
The 31-year-old musician took to Instgram where she said that the sale of tickets from her show in Boston next month will be used to rehabilite the victims of the natural disaster.
"I will be doing a special 'Orions Rise' show in Boston, and all proceeds will go towards Hurricane Harvey Relief. I'm committed to partnering with organisations on the ground in Houston and making contributions to uplift the city that raised me with so much love. See you September 28 Boston, I thank you in advance for making this a special meaningful night!" Solange wrote.

Later, Solange announced that after quick sell-outs for Orion's shows at Kennedy Center in New York (October 1) and Radio City Music Hall (October 2) and the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, California (Oct. 20), she has added a second Radio City show on October 3.
In another post, she wrote that she had announced the special "to honour my hometown neighborhood #thirdward, USD 3 from every ticket sale will go directly to Hurricane Harvey relief in the area. Thanks for all of your support!"
Apart from Solange, her sister singer Beyonce and Hollywood stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Nicki Minaj, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Chris Brown and T I have also contributed money to the relief work.
