The campaign, likely to be held some time next month, is 'innovatively designed' to create an opportunity for citizens and student community to extend their participation, an official release said here today.
The campaign was also trying to enter the Guinness Book record for maximum participation of volunteers in a specific theme, it said.
A week long competition for zonal staff and workers and an awareness blitz are also being organised during the campaign, the release said.
