All the pending issue related to house tax must be resolved by December 15 and strict instruction in this regard has been issued to the officers concerned, Punjab Local Bodies Minister Anil Joshi said today.
Presiding over a review meeting of the department here, he instructed the officers that all the pending complaints on house tax must be resolved by the dispute committees before December 15.
He said that as per decision of the committee if house tax is not paid before December 31 then no rebate would be given on tax.
The Minister also instructed the officers to further issue orders for all Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayats for necessary action.
Joshi also instructed the sanitary inspectors to ensure fogging in their respective areas to check the menace of Dengue.
