A man was killed allegedly by his son after an altercation in Bihar's Nawada district, the police said today.
Baleshwar Manjhi (45) was beaten to death allegedly by his son Jitu Manjhi (20) after an altercation over some issue at Bajra Musahri village last night.
After killing his father the son buried the body in a field of neighbouring Dhurihar village, they said.
The police reached the spot and exhumed the body of the deceased from Dhurihar village and sent it to sadar hospital for post-mortem.
The accused, Jitu Manjhi was absconding, they said.
