Congress leader Ambika Soni today met the family of murdered Block President and assured them of party support.
Soni met Sukhraj Singh Bhaghupur's family and assured them of party support, Punjab Youth Congress President, Vikram Jit Singh Chaudhary, told reporters here.
Sukhraj, 22, was shot dead allegedly by Akali activists on May 8 shortly after he filed nominations for a second term at a place in Patti assembly constituency in Tarn Taran district, nearly 45 km from here.
