Screen diva Sophia Loren has revealed that early in her career she was asked to get a nose job as the cameramen thought it was too big but she refused.
Loren, 80, celebrated for her acting and beauty, said the issue became so big that even her husband Carlo Ponti tried to convince her to go under the knife, said the Hollywood Reporter.
"I always tried not to listen to these people. They were saying that my nose was too long and my mouth was too big," she said.

"And I said, 'Listen, I don't want to touch nothing on my face because I like my face. If I have to change my nose, I am going back to Pozzuoli'."
Loren, who is currently promoting her memoir 'Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow: My Life', said she held to her conviction despite the pressure to have plastic surgery.
"It didn't hurt me at all. Because when I believe in something, it's like war. It's a battle," the 'Two Women' star said.
