The bench of Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Rajiv Sharma, while hearing a Public Interest Litigation, suggested that the committee shall invite suggestions from the public, if required.
The committee headed by the Additional Chief Secretary would also examine the manner and mode in which funding can be done.
