South Central Railway, Indian School of Business ink MoU

The South Central Railway (SCR) and the Indian School of Business (ISB) today entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate in capacity building and research.

The MoU was exchanged by SCR General Manager Vinod Kumar Yadav and ISB Dean Prof Rajendra Srivastava at Rail Nilayam here.

According to an SCR release, the MoU broadly envisages co-operation and engagement between the two entities towards research and knowledge sharing.

The forms of co-operation and engagement cover hosting of lecture series by faculty from ISB on topics such as leadership, strategy management, negotiations skills and change Management, among others, which are critical for the Railway officers, the release said.
 

The MoU will also facilitate collaborative research involving both the institutions on critical issues like brand capitalisation, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business innovation, among others, it added.
