Avian hazards in airfields due to bird activity and operations of ALH Sarang aerobatic display helicopters were among the topics discussed at the annual aerospace council meeting of Southern Air command, as part of taking stock of current trends in aerospace safety.
"The purpose of the meeting was to keep abreast of current trends in aerospace safety through meaningful interaction with major stakeholders," an official release here said.
Topics covered included avian hazards in airfield due to bird activity, operations of An-32 and MI-17 and Hindustan Aeronautic Ltd built ALH Sarang aerobatic display helicopters were covered, it said.
