Prices of soyabean and crude palm oil declined by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today owing to slackened demand from retailers.
However, other edible and non-edible oils moved in a narrow range in scattered deals and settled around the previous levels.
Traders attributed the weakness in soyabean and crude palm oil prices to muted demand from retailers.
