Soyabean oil prices declined by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today following subdued demand from vanaspati millers.
Castor oil in the non-edible section, also eased due to reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said sluggish demand from vanaspati millers against adequate stocks position mainly led to the fall in soyabean oil prices.
