Prices of soyabean and palmolein oils firmed up by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on the back of pick-up in demand from retailers.
However, other edible and non-edible oils moved in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders attributed the rise in prices to rising demand from retailers.
