Samajwadi Party today stood by the Narendra Modi government on the issue of NSA-level talks, saying that Pakistan's NSA's insistence on meeting separatist leaders was not right and talks and terrorism cannot go hand in hand.
"Pakistan's NSA Sartaj Aziz's insistence on meeting separatist leaders was not right and SP completely backs the Central government on this issue," party's national general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav told reporters here.
"Talks and terrorism cannot go hand in hand. The double standard of Pakistan is not right," he said.
