Both the officers were posted in the same capacities under the earlier SP government.
They were suspended in 2009 on charges of allegedly allotting plots to 14 hotels, including 3-star, 4-star and 5-star ones, at throwaway prices in 2006 in a scam of over Rs 4,700 crores.
In 2009, the Mayawati-led government cancelled the allotment and refunded Rs 283 crore to the allottees.
The Supreme Court last year quashed her decision and directed the allottees to pay an additional premium of Rs 70,000 per sqm.
