The incident took place in Okhla Industrial Area and the deceased has been identified as Rahul Mishra, who belonged to Sultanpur in UP, police said.
Mishra was crossing the road in front of Steel Authority of India's factory at Okhla Industrial Area- Phase I when a mini-truck rammed into him. The vehicle also hit Ajay Singh, who was injured.
They were rushed to AIIMS where Mishra succumbed to his injuries.
The driver, Mohammed Mujammal Haque, was arrested.
