Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham is donating the little black dresses which earned her the Posh Spice nickname, Sporty Spice Melanie Chisholm is handing over athletic tracksuits and Geri Halliwell is giving up basque-style mini-dresses, reported Mirror online.
Leopard print items worn by Melanie Brown and babydoll frocks made famous by Emma Bunton will also be part of the sale, in aid of UK charities Save The Children and Children In Need.
Beckham, mother to three sons and daughter Harper said, "I've got all my costumes still. I can't wait for Harper to grow a little so she can have some. But the rest I'd like to put up for charity. I think it would be a fantastic thing to do."
The auction will take place to mark the launch of the girl group's upcoming musical Viva Forever!, which opens in London in December.
