Budget-carrier SpiceJet has been permitted three months more time till December 31 to hold its annual general meeting.
In a regulatory filing today, the airline said it has obtained extension under the Companies Act, 2013 for "a period of three months for holding the annual general meeting of the company upto December 31, 2015 from the Registrar of Companies -- Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Andaman and Nicobar Islands".
However, specific reasons for the extension were not disclosed.
