Spices generally ruled steady at the wholesale market in the national capital today in the absence of any worthwhile activity amidst huge stocks position and ended at previous levels.

Ajwain (per kg) 150-185, black pepper (per kg) 570-750, betel-nut (kg) 300-350, cardamom brown-Jhundiwali (kg) 1,690-1,700 and cardamom brown-Kanchicut (kg) 1,800-1,900.
Cardamom small (kg): Chitridar 770-830, cardamom (colour robin) 770-790, cardamom bold 780-800, cardamom extra (bold) 870-900 and cloves 700-820.
