Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has said that spiritual leaders can show the path towards achieving world peace and harmony.
In a meeting with Jain spiritual leader Acharya Lokesh Muni in the Silicon Valley yesterday, Clinton said that the US has always supported spreading of knowledge, according to a media release issued by Lokesh Muni's office.
"Spiritual knowledge is the highest form of knowledge which spiritual leaders possess; they can play a larger role on international platform in the decades to come," she said.

Blessing Clinton for achieving victory in upcoming presidential elections, Lokesh Muni said there are three key challenges before the world - terrorism, climate change and inequality, the press statement said.
"The US and India can together fight against terrorism, illiteracy and poverty," he added.
