A special CBI court today continued recording of evidence of Lalu Prasad's witness in a multi- crore fodder scam case.
Prasad had refused to recording of evidence saying he had moved the Jharkhand High Court for change of court.
The CBI court recorded the evidence of Sunil Kumar. He was summoned in the special CBI court of Shivpal Singh hearing the fodder scam case relating to Deoghar Treasury pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of money in the 1990s.

Yadav's advocate Prabhat Kumar said Prasad today submitted to the special CBI court that he had moved the high court for the change of court for the hearing of the matter. So he should be given exemption from recording the evidences today.
The court, however, fixed the hearing at 2 pm on the application of Prasad to adjourn the recording of the evidence of his witness in the case.
The court rejected the application.
The recording of evidences of the witnesses would continue tomorrow.
