A former police officer appointed to probe IPL spot-fixing today submitted his report to BCCI without getting any access to S Sreesanth and two other players of Rajasthan Royals arrested by Delhi Police a fortnight ago.
BCCI had appointed R N Sawani, a former IPS officer who probed the 2000 match-fixing case, to go into the spot-fixing issue and submit his report to the Cricket Board.
Sawani was entrusted with the task of examining in detail charges levelled by Delhi Police against the three players as also scrutinising the three IPL matches listed by it, official sources said.
