A spotted deer was found dead
under suspicious condition today near a forest depot on national highway-78, forest officials said.
"It appears that an unidentified vehicle might have hit the spotted deer after which the animal died," Forest Development Corporation Ranger N S Rohini said.
However, he said that the exact cause of the death will be known after getting autopsy report.
The place where the spotted deer is found dead is situated close to forest offices and colony besides a depot.
