Tainted Indian pacer S Sreesanth's friend and alleged bookie Jiju Janardhan, out on bail after arrest in the IPL spot-fixing scandal, today claimed innocence, saying that he had not done anything wrong.

"I have faith in the judiciary and will prove my innocence before the court and the people," Jiju, who has come to his house here after obtaining bail, told reporters.

"Myself and my family know how I had spent the 27 days in the jail," he said.

Sreesanth, arrested along with two other Rajasthan Royal teammates on charges of spot-fixing, was also released from Tihar jail on June 11 on bail. He has also claimed innocence.
