Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd today reported a 52 per cent jump in consolidated net profit of Rs 20.54 crore for the March quarter.
It had reported consolidated net profit of Rs 13.47 crore during the corresponding quarter of 2014-15.
Total income from operations during the quarter under review was Rs 804.64 crore against an income of Rs 753.86 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, Srei Infrastructure said in a regulatory filing.

However, the firm reported a decline in standalone net profit at Rs 14.46 crore during the quarter from Rs 16.45 crore in the corresponding quarter.
"We continue to remain optimistic, as we feel that the government has been working on de-stressing the infrastructure sector.
"Our company has completed the Viom transaction successfully and received the entire amount of Rs 2,931 crore. This has also established the fact that Srei, even in an adverse market, has the capability to build strong businesses in the infrastructure sector," Srei CMD Hemant Kanoria said in a statement.
