Winner of Miss Asia Pacific World Sristhi Rana says she has great respect former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen.
The 21-year old represented India at Miss Asia Pacific World Super Talent Endeavour and won the title in 2013.
"Yes whenever I came to know about Sushmita Sen from a very young age, her getting the crown seemed very inspiring," Srishti said over phone adding she wanted to know more about the evergreen matinee idol Suchitra Sen, her films including Aandhi opposite Sanjeeb Kumar.
On if she would take to acting in future, Srishti said, "As of now I want to perform my duty as Miss Asia Pacific as the crown bestowed on me lots of responsibilities. I will decide at the appropriate time."
Srishti would not subscribe to the view that there was a drought so far India making it big at the international pageants were concerned after Sen and Aishwarya Rai (Bachchan).
"It was just a matter of time," the lass from Haryana, who had also won the Best National Costume and the Best Personality feathers in her cap, said.
