Star CJ appoints Ramakrishnan N as Chief Financial Officer

Leading home shopping network Star CJ today said it has appointed Ramakrishnan N as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Star CJ, Ramakrishnan was associated with Foodworld Supermarkets & Health and Glow Retailing, based out of Bangalore.

"Ramakrishnan's appointment as the Chief Financial Officer marks the beginning of new and exciting developments in STAR CJ. With his knowledge of finance and strategic planning, he is confident of implementing a road map to achieve the next level of growth for this company," Star CJ Network India CEO Kenny Shin said.

Schneider unveils two solar inverters for Indian market * Schneider Electric India today said it launched two solar inverters Conext CL and Conext XW+ for the Indian market.
 

Conext CL is a new line of three-phase string inverters, while the Conext XW+ is the next-generation version of the Conext XW hybrid inverter, the company said in a statement.

Both the products come from Schneider Electric Solar Business.

Vice President, Solar BU, Schneider Electric India, Anurag Garg said, "The Conext CL addresses a wide range of customer needs and is the ideal solution for commercial buildings, carports and decentralised power plants, while the Conext XW+ is a single solution for grid-tie backup and off-grid solar for homes, businesses and communities."

Myntra partners Rahul Mishra for 'DressBerry' * Fashion e-tailer Myntra today said it has entered into an exclusive association with designer Rahul Mishra for creating separate lines for women's western wear brand, DressBerry.

Myntra will also support Mishra, who is the only Asian designer to win the International Woolmark Prize, as he presents his debut Spring Summer 2015 line at the Paris Fashion Week.

As part of the association with Myntra, Rahul will also design two ethnic wear diffusion collections, starting Spring Summer '15 for the portal's 'Designer Corner', Myntra said in a statement.

Mosti launches 'Chhota Bheem' tablet for Rs 6,375 * Lifestyle brand Mosti today launched a new tablet, featuring cartoon character 'Chhota Bheem', which will offer premium and child-related content, for Rs 6,375.

The Chhota Bheem tab sports rubberised bumpers on the back and edges which serve as protection from accidental bumps and shocks, the company said in a statement.

The device will come pre-loaded with apps like Appu series, iStorybooks and Kido'z TV.

The Android ICS operating system-powered device features 1 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, 8 GB storage (expandable up to 32 GB), 2MP rear camera and 3700 mAh battery.
