Star Health and Allied Insurance, a stand-alone health insurance company, today said it has launched its revised Star Comprehensive Insurance Policy.
This policy is an improved version of its existing policy with additional benefits without any increase in premium.
Some of the additional benefits include cover for bariatric surgery, air-ambulance, second medical opinion, medical consultation, domiciliary hospitalisation, personal accident cover and day care procedures, the company said in a statement.

* Engineering firm Mazda today said it has bagged orders worth Rs 16.5 crore order for supply, erection and commissioning of evaporation system for treatment of industrial effluent at a plant in Gujarat.
"Evaporator division of the company has received an order ...For supply, erection and commissioning of multi effect evaporation system for treatment of industrial effluent at a common effluent treatment plant at Ankleshwar," Mazda Ltd said in a regulatory filing.
The delivery time for the order is around six months, it added.

TAIPA appoints Dua as Director General
* TAIPA, an industry body representing telecom tower companies, today appointed TR Dua as its Director General with immediate effect.
The outgoing Director General Umang Das has been elevated to the position of Vice Chairman.
"We were extremely impressed with the work done by Dua in the past years at TAIPA in his capacity as Executive Director," TAIPA Chairman Akhil Gupta said in a statement.
Towers and Infrastructure Providers' Association (TAIPA) is an industry body of the infrastructure providers including ATC Tower, Bharti Infratel, GTL Infrastructure, Indus Towers, Reliance Infratel, Tower Vision India and Viom Networks.
