The state high-level clearance committee, headed by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah,today cleared four new projects in Karnataka with a total investment of Rs 3,427 crore.
The four projects together are expected to createjobs for about 2,595 persons.
The clearance committee meeting was attended bycabinet ministers, Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary Commerce and Industries department and other senior officers of the state government, officials at the Chief Minister's office said.

The approved project proposals include one of Boeing India Private Limited for engineering and technology facility with electronics, avionics manufacturing and assembly in 36 acres at Aerospace park near Bengaluru.
The expected investment is Rs 1,152 crore with an employment opportunity to 2,300 persons, the officials said.
Also approved was one of CDC Development India Pvt Ltd for a Technology Innovation International Park on 100acres of land in Hi-tech Defence and Aerospace Park hereat Rs 740 crore investment and employmentopportunity to 25 persons.
The Indian Coast Guard's proposal for Indian Coast Guard Training Centre at 160 acres of land Baikampady in Dakshina Kannada District with an expected investment is Rs 1010 crore and employment opportunity to 250 persons was also cleared.
Also Universal Builders plan for an affordablehousing project at Rs 525 crore investment and providing employment opportunities to 20 persons was approved by the committeeon 21.25 acres of land in Hardware park area here, the officials said.
