Sudden raids would be carried out at suspected illegal distillery plants and required action initiated against the persons found guilty, Additional Excise Commissioner, Divisional Excise Office, Kota, Devanand Mathur said today.
These raids would be carried out across the state, he adding, the state excise department has identified 41 persons, including six women, involved in illegal liquor manufacturing, he said.
Besides, 66 locations in four districts of Kota division where illegal distillery plants were manufactured have been traced, the Excise official said.
Recently, 51 persons involved in the illegal act have been arrested, he said.
