Steps taken to fast-track Jharkhand development : CM

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghuvar Das today said his government has taken several measures for rapid development of the mineral-rich state.

Addressing a function organized to mark the birth anniversary of BJP leader Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay at Bagbera here, Das said the state government has initiated steps to take the mineral-rich Jharkhand on the path of rapid development.

"The state (Jharkhand) will be one of the most developed ones of the country and we are committed to ensure all-round rapid development of it in next ten years," Das said.

The chief minister warned that the government will deal strictly with those who intend to violate the law and order of the state.
 

"We will not tolerate such forces as we will ensure that the law of the land must prevail in the state," he said.

Appreciating Prime Minister Narendra Modi for launching various schemes for people across the society, Das said Modi government have promised "housing for all by 2022" and we have already started implementing it.

He assured that there will be no homeless individual in the state by 2022.

Similarly, Das also asked the youths to take advantage of the Mudra Bank, to be launched by Modi from Dumka on October 2 and avail bank loan to start business.
