Emphasising the need to educate parents on early registration of the names of their children, the meeting also appealed to the parents, village leaders and NGOs to ensure that students should give only their correct date of birth before appearing for class ten examinations.
The meeting also stressed the need for correct information to be given by doctors when people die in hospitals, including illness and cause of death.
