Singer and songwriter Steve Miller, who has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, asked for more inclusiveness of women musicians.
The 72-year-old musician critiqued the Hall of Fame's history with women, during his acceptance speech last week, reported People magazine.
"To the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I encourage you to keep expanding your vision, to be more inclusive of women," Miller said.
Sheryl Crow, who was seated towards the front of Barclay Centre responded with a standing ovation.
