Director Steven Spielberg is associated with many projects currently but his first release since 'Lincoln' will be a spy thriller while his second movie would be an adaptation of Roald Dahl's children's book 'The BFG'.
DreamWorks provided set the release dates for the two movies with the untitled Tom Hanks starrer Cold War spy drama slated to hit theatres on October 16, 2015 while 'The BFG' will open on July 1, 2016, said the Hollywood Reporter.
Spielberg, who dropped out of American Sniper last year, has not directed a movie since 2012's 'Lincoln'.
He is also associated with an adaptation of the David Kertzer novel 'The Kidnapping of Edgardo Mortara', 'Robopocalypse'and 'Montezuma'.
