An idol worth Rs 15 crore, which was stolen from a temple in the state, has been recovered from two youths while they were trying to sell it, police said today.

The 55-kg idol of Goddess Durga was seized last night from the youths near Parsuiya village here while they were on their way to sell it, Superintendent of Police Hiralal said.
