The Software Technology Park of India (STPI) will set up more such park's in Kohima and in Dimapur.
The Director General STPI Omkar Rai apprised about the decision to Nagaland Chief Minister TR Zeliang today, a release issued by CM Office here said.
STPI has expressed interest to set up Software Technology Park in Kohima and Dimapur, the release said.

Rai informed that the infrastructure available at present at Kohima is sufficient for the Software Technology Park to take off.
Initially an incubation centre with provision for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) will be set up at Kohima and later, a separate IT park will be set up at Dimapur, it said.
The incubation center will provide the state of art facilities to help our local entrepreneurs in mentoring, nurturing and expanding their business to become export oriented software companies.
Chief Minister said that setting up of STPI will not only provide opportunities to the educated unemployed youths but it will also improve the economy of the state through software exports and IT enabled services.
Expressing faith in the youth of Nagaland, the CM said time has come for the state of Nagaland to act practically and professionally and for that he will do whatever is needed to pursue with various Ministries.
Director General STPI was accompanied by Commissioner and Secretary IT Nagaland, KD Vizo and three other team members from STPI.
