: Tense moments prevailed for some time today in Kathirur village in Kannur district, where RSS activist Manoj was murdered the same day last year, after carcasses of two stray dogs were found hanging from an electric post in the hamlet.
The carcasses were later removed by police.
The stringing up of the carcasses prompted BJP district president K Renjith to allege that it was part of a 'provocation' by the CPI(M).
