A seven-year-old student of a private residential school died here this morning under suspicious circumstances with family alleging murder.
"Brahma Kumar was rushed to district hospital in an unconscious condition where doctors declared him dead," Circle Officer of Basehar police station Anil Dixit said.
The post mortem examination report found injury marks on the hands, legs and mouth, the CO said.
The father of the deceased has lodged a murder case against senior students, warden and staff of the hostel among others and investigations are on.
