Preparations for the elections have been completed in all the 129 government degree colleges, 15 law colleges and 15 universities, a senior state official said.
Elections in private colleges will also take place.
The voting will take place from 8 am to 1 pm and the results will also be announced tomorrow.
Both NSUI and ABVP have fielded candidates for the key posts and a number of independent candidates are also in the fray.
Additional police forces have been deployed around Rajasthan University in Jaipur in view of the recent clashes between groups of students during campaigning.
"Elaborate security arrangements will be in place in and around the University of Rajasthan and government colleges for elections tomorrow," Police Commissioner B L Soni said.
