Yuva Sena chief Aditya Thackeray today alleged that students of Government Polytechnic in suburban Bandra have received "threat letters" from its principal for raising their voices over basic issues like lack of cleanliness.
"Students of Government Polytechnic, Bandra have got threat letters from the principal of the college about voicing basic student issues. Hearing it for the first time, but letter states that FIRs have been lodged against students for being with student wings and for voicing opinions," Aditya said in a series of tweets.
He said the students had raised their voices against lack of order in the college and claimed the principal was absent on two occasions when a Yuva Sena delegation had visited the college.

"Shouldn't there be an FIR on that principal then for being absent from college when college is in such shambles, that she threatens students," Aditya questioned.
"The students facing this bullying and threats from the principal is not because students asked for anything. Only asked for cleaner campus," Aditya tweeted.
