About 100 students of Government Arts College here today staged a demonstration seeking lifting of ban on 'Jallikkattu' and protect the traditional sport of Tamils.
The students gathered in front of the College and raised slogans in support of their demand.
Holding a big banner, they wanted the government to take steps to lift the ban on Jallikkattu permanently, police said.
