Manish Agrawal, president of a college, had a heated arguments with the RPF inspector following which several students reached the railway station and vandalised the outpost this morning, RPF officials said.
The incident took place when Agrawal had gone to see off his relative and clashed with the personnel over some issue, they said.
On Manish's complaint a case was registered against the RPF inspector with railway police station.
A cross case has been lodged against Agrawal and his supporters for creating hurdle in executing official duty, they said.
