The incident occurred in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Bulandshahr, run under the Union HRD Ministry, on Saturday night.

Syana SDM Sanjay Pandey said the school principal, Raj Singh, on Saturday night rusticated four students for allegedly ragging the Class 10 student hailing from Assam.
