A sub-committee constituted to draw up a framework for the effective implementation of the 'Agenda of Alliance', worked out by ruling PDP-BJP coalition, today met here and asked the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary to submit an Action Taken Report (ATR) by last week of this month.
The committee met met here under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Kumar Singh and reviewed the progress with regard to the implementation of the 'Agenda of Alliance', an official spokesman said.
"It was decided that the Chief Secretary shall prepare an Action Taken Report (ATR) with regard to implementation of the 'Agenda of Alliance' and accordingly brief the sub-committee in the next meeting likely to be held in the last week of August," he said.

The spokesman said the meeting was attended by Minister for Public Works and Parliamentary Affairs Abdul Rehman Veeri, Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment Choudhary Lal Singh and Minister for Finance, Culture and Labour and Employment Haseeb Drabu.
The meeting took place at a time when Kashmir is on the boil with over 50 deaths reported in violent protests triggered by the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani in an encounter with security forces in Anantnag district of south Kashmir on July 8.
