An Assistant Sub-inspector (ASI) of Rajasthan Police was among three persons arrested today by the Anti Corruption Bureau in separate cases of graft.
ASI Roshan Lal, posted at Thanagaji police station in Alwar district, was caught accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a complainant in the case, IG Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Dinesh M N said.
The ACB had a laid trap and Lal along with his middleman was arrested while accepting the bribe to close a case against the complainant, Mangal Ram Meena, he said.
A Patwari (revenue official) was arrested for accepting a bribe of Rs 500 in Dholpur district of Rajasthan.
