Three days after the death of SFI leader Sudipta Gupta, his father will meet West Bengal Governor M K Narayanan today to seek justice.
Raj Bhavan sources confirmed that Sudipta's father will meet the Governor at 5:00 PM.
Earlier, CPI(M) leader Surjya Kanta Mishra who met the SFI leader's family told reporters, "They want to meet the Governor. They said they have no faith in the police and want a judicial or CBI probe into the death of Sudipta. I will convey their demand to the Governor."

"We want justice. I still hope that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will look into it. She said it was an accident and a petty matter. My brother was in police custody and was killed by the police. We want a CBI probe. We will go to the Governor," she told reporters.
The Left and the Congress had earlier demanded a judicial inquiry into the SFI leader's death.
The chief minister had yesterday stoked controversy by terming the the SFI leader's death as a "small and petty" incident.
