Both the varieties of Sugar prices ended mixed at the Vashi wholesale market here today on alternate bouts of buying and selling.
Small sugar (S-30) was quoted at Rs 2,896/3,025 per quintal from Rs 2,892/3,030 and Medium sugar (M-30) was quoted at Rs 3,012/3,221 per quintal as against Rs 3,010/3,231.
Following are today's closing rates for sugar (per quintal) with the previous rates given in brackets:
Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 2,896/3,025 (Rs 2,892/3,030).
Medium sugar(M-30) quality: Rs 3,012/3,221 (Rs 3,010/3,231).
