Sugar millgate prices fell at the wholesale sugar market in the national capital today following heavy stocks position amid scattered buying activity.
However, sugar spot prices settled at previous levels.
Marketmen said apart from heavy stocks position, increased supplies from mills, weighed on sweetener prices.
In millgate section, prices of Mawana, Khatuli and Dhampur shed Rs 10 each to Rs 3,135, Rs 3,210 and Rs 3,090 per quintal.

Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,200-3,400, S-30 Rs 3,180-3,380.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 3,090-3,250; S-30 Rs 3,070-3230.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3,135, Kinnoni 3,250, Asmoli 3,220, Dorala 3,170, Budhana 3,140, Thanabhavan 3,130, Dhanora 3,120, Simbholi 3,240, Modi Nagar Rs 3,130, Khatuli 3,210, Dhampur 3,090, Ramala 3,150, Bulandshar 3,110, Anupshar 3,130, Baghpat 3,160, Morna 3,150, Sakoti 3,120, Chandpur 3,100 and Nazibabad 3,140.
